What almost Houston ?!?!?!?
Why dont we have too plentiful bands from Houston? Nothing big really ever happen in houston. The weekends are bummers when within is no private parties or something because theres nought going on within the city.

However, if you can return with out to The Woodlands, the pavilion there is great. They own all different types of entertainment near with a all-embracing range of interest. I arise to like symphony and the Houston Symphony is here quite a bit.

You infer there's nothing to do because you're not trying deeply hard. Lots of things crop up in Houston, but you hold to get stale your tail and find them.
hey houston is one of the best city there is. and i hold been around the ******* world better but the damn universe and the freacking united states. texas and the world rocks *** but seeing so much **** everywere . houston is so much not that. hey mabye to gain to party u ever have an idea that not to insult u but theres a **** load of general public and there not adjectives going to inivite people they dont know and to they girl below going houston blows i want to move. okay **** that ***** *** loser she has never probally disappeared the united states or studied and reserached citys economys houston is so great later u get some little **** close to that ***** below trying to bring **** down when they dont know anything and think overcrowded dirty shitty nyc or los angelas is better when those places are **** holes except for shoping and nightlife those places suck ***. but she probally to in the dark to understand that theres more to energy then ******* nightlife and that a livelihood is mabye a key to a vivacity. and there is stuff i agree next to u that they need to form the downtown better more alive. but hell do u want it like austin texas hell no u dont atx rocks, but that austins point okay.

Go over to Austin. There are plenty of bands and party there.
Well it depends on what kind of music you're looking for. I will agree beside what has be said about the scene. I played surrounded by Houston for about 5 years and after coming here from Philly it be disappointing. So I changed over to the recording side. One of the biggest problems is that here isn't really one place you can go to hear adjectives kinds of music approaching 6th St. in Ausin or Deep Elum contained by Dallas or South St in
Philly. It's really spread out here and that hurts the band when they try and get something going. It is pretty lame considering we're the 4th largest city within the nation. But if you go out and look around you'll find what something that's cool.

Houston has a amazingly poor music scene and even when there is music it isn't too live. Houston does not really support local music talent and is not a flawless place for young musicians.
However whenever someone great comes to Houston, the city embraces them but not the musicians already living here. Houston also embraces its symphony, tap and opera singular because the corporate businessmen control the arts scene and sponsors the arts as well.
If you want true music entertainment dance to NYC, Los Angelos or go right to Austin which is the live musical wherewithal of the world. The bands contained by Houston are underground for some reason and are not that live. You better lift a vacation to another city.
That's why I other say that Houston is short on the entertainment side.
I think Houston have good live music. Try McGonigel's Mucky Duck, Warehouse Live, Firehouse public house, the engine room. Just check the paper every Thursday. There's a preview subdivision that has adjectives the live music broken down into genres. It's your own failing if you don't find any good live music, because it's out here.
What about it? Houston sucks ..I wanna move away .there's nil to do and nothing to see. Crime have went up and it merely blows being contained by a city that use to be nice.
Houston is a diverse city beside many different avenues for fun and relaxation. Downtown offer a variety of clubs, restruants, and concerts as all right as the Galleria area. Hip Hop, Salsa, Country Western, and the quieter jazz clubs and dinner clubs abound! You enjoy so many choices!
The Houston Ballet and the Houston Metropolitan Dance Company are both world-renown caper companies and The Houston Opera is wonderful for opera lovers as is The Houston Symphony. I shouldn't forget Theater Under the Stars which offer live musicals and concerts -- many of which are free! The Houston Zoo is fabulous as okay as is The Houston Museum of Modern Art.
You can drive up to Galveston and visit the Strand -- great shopping, restruants and unsurprisingly, the beach. You can drive north and look in Old Town Spring for fabulous antiques, res truants and music as well as verbs northwards to The Woodlands for a great selection of headliner concerts.
All of this... and I haven't even touched on Houston sports -- besides the comprehensible Astros, Rockets and Texans... we have some of the best golf within the world!
Give Houston another look. Houston offers everything a party could want along with a friendly atmosphere that you simply can't find in heaps other cities.
