I am travelling to investigational york within febuary.What will the weather be close to and what is the best clothes to pack??

COLD and snowy next to some bright sunny cold days mixed in. Bring a fatty winter coat preferably with a hood 'cause you don't know if it will snow or sleet, a headdress, scarf and gloves, warm boots, jeans and sweaters. And Chap Stick for your chops. Kleenex for your pockets 'cause your nose won't stop running. You'll enjoy fun though. Stay warm, see the sights, and hold a great time!
February is the coldest month of the year contained by NYC. So far this winter we've had little snow (it is sleeting as I write this), but I would suggest heat up clothing--anticipate 20-25 degrees Fahrenheit next to strong winds if you hike around Manhattan, and some galoushes in crust there is snow or or the dreaded filthy slush.

Its cold in Febuary, my counsel is pack lots of warm clothes. Also pack a duet of snow boots, just contained by case it snows contained by NYC.
