Has anyone ate at Hyakumi at Caesars Palace?
IS it like benihana where on earth they cook in front of you. or is in attendance something like this out surrounded by vegas

I have and it's horrible. If you want that type of food, budge to Geisha Grille. There is one by my house on D.I. and Durango. Amazing food and it's not too much either. You will not be disappointed!
I ate within about a year ago and found their sushi to be unbelievably good--in the top five or six for Vegas. I didn't order anything grilled but it's specialty is not tepanyaki despite some descriptions of it. Sushi, yes.
The drawback is that it is a far from serene environment next to Cleopatra's Barge nearby. It is extremely exposed to the environment at hand. This is fine if you just want to devour good part food but not so if you are looking for a dining experience.

9 reviews, 3 - 1/2 /5 star rating that's not unpromising. Anyway yelp is a great review site from real ancestors, and it looks like most inhabitants liked it except for one soul. So I'd take that one discouraging review with a particle of salt.
