Colorado from May to June travel philosophy please?
I am going to be staying in Denver from the middle of May to middle of June and hold about a $300 entertainment budget (not including food or car/gas of course). Ive never be to Colorado before. What are some real musts or top things to see while I am there. I would close to to see other parts of Colorado, not just Denver. Any planning would be welcome. Thanks

Rocky mountain National park is ust just about an hr and a half northwest to f Denver and have fantastic views, masses things to do..guided hikes, lots of wildlife...well woth going too. Then contained by Denver, the zoo and museum are outstanding and the tour of the mint is free and fun.
Make sure that the locals fill you contained by on what passes are friendly or not as that will impact how easily you can win around. You will many times find that fairly than a circuit - you will have to budge out from Denver and back.
I would travel North to Boulder - wonderful shops.
I would go west to Georgetown - dainty shops - further west there are out door hotsprings (don't know if they are undo though) You could swing by Vale or Beaver Creek.
If you turn like you are going to Aspen - you can find the Anderson Ranch - Arts Center

Again from Denver to south to colorado Springs and west to Garden of the Gods - You can rent a horse and budge for a ride

There there is the Pikes Peak nouns - near Garden of the god

Go up the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak (dress warmish it's cold up there)
