I am taking my daughter to Las Vegas for her 21st birthday, any suggestions on where on earth to stay.?

We will be going July 1st - July 4th. We want to have alot of fun! What things can we do besides gaming. We plan on doing some of that!!

I estimate it sounds like you are excited roughly speaking this trip for yourself. It's her 21st birthday for god sakes let her stir alone! or at least agree to her decide what to see and do.
Did not mention budget.
www.priceline.com name your own airfare/hotel price packages. ((I do not work for priceline)))

http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com another virtuous site to get info from.

I find Palms to arrogorant!
Gold Coast oldie people/fat.
Stratosphere so/so.
Downtown, casinos to skip in the region of. No long walks.
Wynn===FANCY!
Fashion Show Mall across from the street from Wynn.
Treasure Island across from that. A four corner entity.

I vote for Treasure Island!
I think it's wonderful that you want to lug your daughter to Vegas. I've stayed at the Aladdin (which is now Planet Hollywood), the Stardust (which they tore down) and the Bellagio (for my honeymoon). I would recommnend the Bellagio but not for a 21st birthday celebration. I'm thinking NY/NY, MGM, the Luxor, or Mandalay Bay. Any of those would be great to stay at. You could pinch her to a show while you're there. There are so frequent things to do in Vegas.

Congratulations - You can never begin planning a LV trip too rash, and for going Tuesday to Friday.

I find that I can save money by booking the atmosphere & hotel separate. Check the online web sites, but book your room through the hotel. Book other as early as you can afterwards check room rates every week or two for a great deal, you never know when one will pop up.

The two online sites I use to compare room rates near the hotels web site - Many LV hotels will price clash

If you would like to hold your daughter out for a dinner, that both of you will never forget.
"Top of the World" - Stratosphere - The food isn't the greatest but the view from 900ft at sunset is one you will never forget. The restaurant rotates 360 degree once per hour.

Mon-Ami-Gabi - Paris - Ask to set outside(after dark) - A little expensive but the atmosphere and view(Fountains of Bellagio) is amazing

We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and enjoy for over 20 years. This year 6/4 - 7/5(31 nights, adjectives free) & 12/13 - 1/1(19 nights) >so far, I have a easier said than done time saying no to a large amount. We are only taking 7 comped night & paying for 12($254, through an internet special that the hotel matched) We have completely good reason to pay for a room when we could hold gotten one "free"

I travel to the different airline travel sites mentioned, find the best deal for the light of day and times I want to travel then budge directly to that airline website. I find it cheaper on the airline website 99% of the time.

Wow. For a 21 yo look at midstrip for flexiblity. Paris, Flamingo, Ceasars, Mirage.
Stay at the Luxor. Go to the Bellagio and go to, uggh I cant remember the autograph of the place, but it has really polite ice cream and fudge!! Its inside the hotel too! And ofcorse look within all of the hotels! Go shopping and adjectives that cool stuff. Also see the white tigers, go to really nice resterants (the marige have pretty good ones!) ,ohh and stir on the rollercoster (I think that ones surrounded by New York New York! dont worry its kinda big you wont miss it!!). Have tons of fun! But bring sensable walking shoes!! And dont put money on all your money away and enjoy to sleep out side the hotel, (like my dads friends)!

ps.the beam of street light comeing out of the luxor is the strongest beam of desk light in the world! TALK ABOUT BRIGHT! Apparently ancestors can see it from space!!
Have you ever tried the gondola rides at the Venetian? Enjoy the free water show at the Bellagio. Take a sunshine trip over to Hoover Dam.
Wow .. what a mom ... that's great. Stay on the strip escpecially for the first trip there. You didn't utter if you were flying or driving. If driving ... stay past its sell-by date the strip but if you are flying stay on the strip.

You are only going to be here for really two intact days .. you can't count the arrival and departure dates because you won't hold time to do much of anything. When on the strip there is so much to see and do you won't own time to do much of anything else but look around. Just take within all the free things to see approaching the Bellagio fountains. The Animitronics show at Ceasars, the volcano at the Mirage, the Sirens at TI, go to the M&M factory, the lions at the MGM ... I can travel on and on ... go to www.vegas.com and click on attractions .. they hold a great list to choose from.

So much to see and do you won't own time to gamble ... hopefully. Good luck and hold fun .. remember one thing ... it will be croweded because of the holiday and it will be HOT HOT HOT at that time. Have fun.
That is awesome. I took my daughter to Vegas last year for her 21st and we have a blast. We stayed at the New York, New York. Definitely check out Kahunaville at Treasure Island. They have flair bartending shows that are greatly of fun. Also, try the Voodoo Lounge at the Rio. You can get free pass at their website: http://www.riovegasnights.com/index2.cfm
You really can't go wrong beside any of the larger hotels/casinos on The Strip. You'll only really use your hotel for somewhat sight-seeing and a place to crash. Otherwise, you'll be out galavanting around The Strip with the other high-rollers ;).

If your daughter does not guardianship for the crowded hustle-and-bustle of The Strip, I might suggest the Hard Rock Hotel or The Palms. Both of these hotels are really popular for the younger crowd these days and you can do a gala amound of celebrity watching on any singular weekend.

If your daughter wants to get hold of far away, but still have clothed access to The Strip (via taxi or rental car), I'll suggest Red Rock Hotel/Casino or Green Valley Ranch (in Henderson). Red Rock is one of the newer casinos that lies on the western outskirts of Las Vegas. Green Valley Ranch is surrounded by a shopping district south of Vegas in Henderson. Both are conspicuously upscale and offer indistinguishable amenities that the large hotels on The Strip proposition.

If you're not renting a car and prefer to stay within one location, definitely dangle out on The Strip. You generally cannot progress wrong with the Bellagio (which also have a great seafood buffet), The Paris or The Venetian. All are close to some great shopping areas (Fashion Show Mall, Miracle Mile Shops at The Aladdin).

Hope this helps and obedient luck!
