Not normally at all
Rarely. It does depend a bit on where on earth in the state you are; likelihood are a bit better for snow if you're in the northern section of the state. The last time it snowed and stuck (visible snow on the ground) contained by he southern part, on the coast, that I know of, be 1989... only a outstandingly thin section of snow, just adequate for a block to get together and scuff all their yard up into one small snowman. Most of the Gulf Coast shut down for the day it last, nobody was used to driving surrounded by snow, and not many sand/salt trucks to aid with traction.
seldom
Once contained by a blue moon.

depends
these days nobody know because of global caution
Katie W have the best answer, and it DOES depend on where within LA you mean because northern LA have much colder winters than southern LA.

Also define what you stingy by "snow". Snow falls from the sky every few years in New Orleans (last surrounded by 2004) but does not "stick" on the ground. The last time at hand was noticeable snow on the ground in New Orleans be 1989, and before that be 1973. Not sure about until that time then, but have to be before the winter of 1967/68.

I recommend you choose to research the weather for New Orleans (in the south) and Shreveport (in the north) since - enunciate - 1968 (50 years). You already have the info on NOLA so trade name contact with a TV station contained by Shreveport to find out about their snow experiences
Hardly ever
I lived in New Orleans for 19 years and it snowed twice. Northern Louisiana might acquire a little more snow. Check www.weather.com to see if they own statistics.
I would imagine every winter, considering the northernmost bit is in around that humid zone.

Whoever gave me that thumbs down is an ignoramus and they hold no idea what they're chitchat about.
