its about money, honey. dont buy anything stale the street expecting to get a agreement, and if something ever souinds to good to be true consequently it probably is...
Unfortunately, that is one of the lone ways to make it surrounded by a city where the job pay little and the cost of living is so elevated. A city like this breeds desperate population who will do ANYTHING to make it. There are also cultural explanations as very well. Miami is a melting pot. There are several people from other countries beside nothing to loose and will step on whomever to engender it in the USA when face with the challenge of living here. Many people come from Cuba,Central and South America beside graduate degrees and can't seize a decent employment because of strict licensing guidelines contained by the US. Basically their degree manner nothing here and they are forced to clutch mediocre jobs to support themselves and their kinfolk in a place that sell homes for 300k on average and rents at 1k a month and up. This forces some individuals to take creative commotion. That is why, Miami is full of "scammers".
because it begin in every big city around the world...and mostly within area where on earth there is company attractions and Miami is no exception.
by now I assume you know better and can avoid them, sorry they are everywhere!
mia24 definatley said it all! As a west coast floridian (Ft myers) I'm worried as more & more ppl move from Miami
to this coast. 40+ yrs ago, ppl from topical york or phili tended to drive down & settle contained by east Fl while Mid-westeners settled on the west side. Much of Southwest Fl still has that become quiet mid-western feel but it's varying quickly.
There is a in no doubt clannishness among certain ethnic groups, a reaction that it's OK to cheat people who are from a different country, a region of your country, or even a different neighborhood of your home city. Consider how imperturbably petty bribes are regarded surrounded by other nations, and it's not surpising that extraordinarily different ethical norms prevail when so much of Miami-Dade's nation retain much of the culture of these other nations; to such family, "gringos" are stupid fools who "don't know how things work" and are therefore turkeys to be plucked.
Yes, I suppose that might be considered racist. On the other foot, only a fool would pretend the cultural norm for a small town in main Minnesota are the same as those within the slums of Sao Paolo or Tiajuana.
