How do i plan a road-trip?
I live in chicago and i am planning a road trip to any the west coast or east coast. I am leaning towards the east coast. I be hoping to get suggestions on planning it. Thanks

all you really enjoy to do is DRIVE!! Bring a map, lots of money have a destination and GO!! Go to New York down to Florida! Play it by year!
I suggest you go in the AAA ... it's not that expensive. Then you have access to books and info that will engineer your trip planning much easier. Good luck!!

3. mapquest.com. chose "driving directions" put in the address that you are departing from and put in the exact address of the hotel that you chose. You can also find your mode around the town you're going to by mapquesting and printing out those directions as well.
4. find a BUNCH of cool crap to do surrounded by the location that you are going to!
5. get contained by the car and drive! bring a cooler near snacks..
