Does anyone know give or take a few Decatur Ga. Is it a well-mannered place to Raise children and live..?
Answers:
It depends on what sector of Decatur. Dekalb Co in nonspecific is not a bad place to stay. Besides, its better than Clayton. Some of the nicer areas, however, are Fayette, Henry, and Cobb County.
I live in Decatur. Although I don't hold children, I think it is a fine place to live and put on a pedestal them. You just hold to be careful almost which part of Decatur, since it is terribly spread out. This is the same contained by any city -- there are right neighborhoods and bad ones!
My suggestion is to look for a place on the north side of downtown. You could also be like me, receive a place just outside the city boundaries. Then you get the Decatur address in need the high city property taxes.
Decatur is an older branch of Atlanta - it has some extraordinarily beautiful old-fashioned neighborhoods that have be well maintain though also has some dodgy areas. There's a good bit of culture here of the best and not-so-good kind. If you want more of an in-town experience for raise kids (not for everyone) then it may be a moral choice for you though you may want to have them attend a private arts school.
Go to http://www.bestplaces.network Personally I would never raise my nearest and dearest in Decatur. YUCK My line lives in Peactree City which is Fayette County.
