I recommend Excalibur. It is among the great hotels such as Luxor, Mandalay Bay, and MGM, but you don't pay close as much for it. We always take-home pay $51/night to stay there, which is cheaper than our hotels at home. It is a castle next to a medieval theme on the most popular corner of the strip. It is low conservation, you won't get treated similar to royalty, but you will be sure to have fun. I also love their casino and restaurants. I've gotten impressively used to it in the end few years and now it's close to my home away from home. Good Luck!
Probably Imperial Palace generally unless you procure a special offer for one of the others. I stayed at IP a few years ago and it be absolutely fine, nil fancy but clean and a angelic location. One of my colleagues stays here a lot.

I've freshly booked Bally's for September and have get a delux room for approx lb40 a night. They hold a special offer on and I be sent an email (as a past guest). I'm really pleased to own got this hotel as I've stayed here twice previously and love it. We could have booked a classic room for more or less lb30 a night but I upgraded. I own saved the email near the promotional code, if you want me to forward it to you, email me with your address and I'll distribute it on. The offer is running until September so if you're going previously then, it's categorically worth trying.

Edit - note for juiiced - you'll see I said I get the room for 40 pounds a night, not dollars - there's a big difference. And I'm not a card player or anything resembling that, I'm just your average punter from the UK who have registered with Harrahs for special proposition emails. I've never had a free room and I incontestably don't gamble satisfactory to qualify for one! I've forwarded the emails to the lady that asked the quiz so she can book it herself.
Hi I'm a cabbie here contained by Vegas. The Answer to your question is as follows. Imperial Palace they will hold the best value for your dollar. Their rooms are the most minuscule expensive on the strip and the hotel is still considered 5 star. Please do keep surrounded by mind though that in Vegas the place where on earth you spend the least amount of time is within YOUR ROOM :)...

Good Luck

In my opinion - Vegas really is one of those places that you win what you pay for.

I would recommend trying some of the travel sites that volunteer promotions/deals/discounts on hotel stays.

and if you can, go during the weekend instead of a weekend.
The Orleans
Try Golden Nugget downtown but if you call for to stay on the strip, to get the best importance, you have to use a promo codes and book directly from the hotels. Here are a few codes. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/special.h...
We stayed at the Imperial Palace, right in the middle of the 'strip'
I've stayed at several in different price ranges and there's no difference. Excalibur and Planet Hollywood are well brought-up.
bills gambling passageway and saloon its a smaller hotel on the stip but it is cheaper and you seize checked in swiftly and not as big as the huge hotels they have which is jammy to get lost within. it is also in the center of the strip and you can ask for a room beside views of the belligios sea shows just look at their website and check if they enjoy avalibility for when you want to go its nearly $40 a night.
The Monte Carlo may have some bargain since the fire.
Well these hotels arent that expensive depedning on what you make, but watch out for the really realy cheap places like EXCALIBUR IMPERIAL PALACE AND CIRCUS CIRCUS these place with the sole purpose are entertaining but the rooms are horrible.

PLACES TO AVOID: IMPERIAL PALACE EXCALIBUR CIRCUS CIRCUS

OH YEAH AND THE GIRL THAT SAID SHE GOT BALLYS FOR 40$ A NIGHT DONT BELIVE IT. SHE ONLY GOT IT THAT CHEAP BECAUSE SHE HAS A PLAYER CARD THERE AND THEY USSUALY GIVE YOU CHEAP ROMS OR FREE ROOMS
