Will the fires arrive at Los Angeles?
Will it be dangerous? Preferably international city, isn't it behind the Hollywood Hills?

It's extremely, very unlikely. Unless somebody starts a fire up in that. But I assure that our local fire departments are watching those hills approaching hawks.
No. The state is putting all the focal resources on containing the Malibu fire, which would be the one closest to Hollywood Hills---I'm assuming this fire will be contained before any other ones. So, don't verbs, unless an arsonist starts a new fire.
Well the hill behind Universal already burned twice sooner this year so there is smaller number left to burn than contained by most places. You should be fine...
