Information on texas?
I am looking for information on Texas. I have own flesh and blood living in both fort worth and victoria am looking to move to a rural nouns between the two dont know where to start as both family just moved to the nouns they dont know much anout texas. any help would be appreciated

The mound country around Austin is quite nice, but so is the

I would lift a close look at the Brenham, Texas or Washington on the Brazos area. This is a georgeous nouns of Texas that looks - at least from a "drive through" - close to a great place to live.
The New Braunsfels nouns is great. It is still a pretty small but you have San Antonio 30 minuets to the south and Austin is 45 minuets to the north.Since it is so close3 to 2 highest cities it shouldn't be that hard to find a duty. It is a tourist destination because it is home to Schlitterbahn Water Park and a few rivers and lakes. It is nearly a 3 to 4 hour drive to Fort Worth.
Victoria and Fort Worth are pretty far apart (5 hrs). There are alot of options contained by between. I suggest going somewhere near Austin. Its pretty close to partly way. People from Austin love the city and in attendance is something for everyone. You don't have to travel to far out of the city to get to a rural nouns.
I stayed in Garland ending summer, I hated it, its too hot down near, screw texas haha
I would defenetly recomend East Texas. I was born and raise in the Longivew nouns. It's close enough to Tyler where on earth you can find decent shopping, Longview and Tyler both enjoy some great restraunts, but neither town is over a 100,000 people. Acreage and the rural setting you are looking for is overflowing and home prices are quite resaonable compared to the majority of Texas. There's alot of great school in this nouns also and a couple great colleges like Letournea University and UT Tyler. Dallas is going on for a 2 1/2 hour drive on I20 and Houston is about 4 hrs south on Hwy 59.
So i have lived surrounded by Texas now for 7 years, and I've come to similar to it... i moved from Cali. and it was a huge switch, but my family moved to Mt.Vernon, TX. It is a small town almost two hours away from Dallas, it is one of the safest towns, it is so friendly, the school is great, in that is so much to do... bank picnics... and Mt.Vernon Pageant/ i lately made miss congeniality, anyway this is a wonderful town, and if u want a lake house, cypress is such a wonderful lagoon. You should come and look around. Country Fest is coming up too, it is just a wonderful comunity
