Yes it does exist. It's between south beach and Biscayne Bay.
The authentic estate is super expensive on the island and most people own boats moored up on the jettys at the end of their garden.I dream up some of the uber rich use the pad on star island as a holiday home.
With South Beach within such close proximity it would be the perfect playground for the rich and foremost so if it isn't it should be!! go and call in.it's very cool
