Good neighborhoods surrounded by Dallas?
We are moving to Dallas and found a nice apartment near Walnut Hill Lane between Stemmons and the tollway. Is this a undamaging area? Can you recommend a undamaging and interesting area contained by Dallas itself? We don't want to end up on the "First 48"! Thanks!

I in recent times moved to DFW and I'm trying to get to know the nouns too...one website I found useful be www.hubbuzz.com. There is a map of all dallas-fw neighborhoods, pictures and descriptions. Maybe you'll find it adjectives too.
I would massively much recommend the Irving/Las Colinas area. Tons of apartments, well-groomed, safe and nearby are lakes around.
.lol, well the suburbs are the best, close to Allen..Plano is ok, but Allen is the safest, if you have to live inside Dallas, i would find the newest apartment, even though it may be expensive, but they will be safer and More protected!

There are some good areas nearby and some not so good areas around here. And chances are, if the place is "affordable" it is going to be contained by one of the areas that you really dont want to be. It is all going to depend on where on earth you are going to work. If you have kids, probability are they will be in the DISD, which I would avoid at ALL COSTS. E messages me and I can give you more "personal" counsel.
It depends upon where on earth between Stemmons and the Tollway. That's about a 5 mile stretch that vary vastly from Illegal immigrants to billionaires as you move east. If you are west of Webb's Chapel, unquestionably not. Preferably you will want to be East of Marsh Lane, but I cannot think of any apartments near. Between Webb's and Marsh is OK.
In order to recommend a 'hood it would be willing to know your price range. A terrifically nice apartment area is Addision, which is close to the West side of town. Addision have the advantage of a "walking distance" nightlife and restaurants and bar. Also there are nice unknown apartments in Northeast Irving.
They are also building some striking new apartments and townhouses surrounded by the area south of Love Field airport. It's mixed right very soon, but regentrifying quickly.
I am assuming that college district is not an issue here. There are good school within DISD - you only have to pick and choose. One of the exceedingly best in the state is right in that at Walnut Hill and Midway road. Everything I have recommended is close to I35.
