What is it resembling within Las Vegas?
My son lives in Las Vegas I want to know what it is similar to before I dance visit him,

That is awfully vague, but I will try to support. Right now, it is still pretty hot. Possibly some thunderstorms because it is hot but alittle colder. Very busy around the strip. If you dont own to, dont rent a car. Taxis are farely cheap if your with the sole purpose going 2-5 miles or so.If you plan on going to the strip, it is AWESOME. I went within for my 21st birthday party. Stayed up till 5:30 within the morning playing craps. I got so drunk that I couldnt stand anymore. They are highly patient beside the drunks lol. It is a great place to let run and have fun, and agree to the casinos take your money. Slots are fun, but you wont win much. Craps and card games are your best bet. They enjoy the lowest house advantage. Actually, card games own no house advantage when your playing against other relations.Stay at one game for a while and the money you lose will be made up by the free drinks. Order doubles of liquor if not it will be watered down. Beer is your best bet. Tip the waitress a 5 the first time, and trust me she will be RIGHT back as soon as your beer is finished. Then purely give her 2 bucks per beer. Good luck!
right now the weather is crazy some days are hot others are cold so bring cool cloths and some hurricane lantern sweaters
you can pretty much do anything here go clubing, fine dining, hiking, call in lake, etc
if your going to stay within a hotel just ask them nearly the tourist activites or ask your son :)

You will never be bored within Las Vegas. Not only is it affordable, awfully luxurious and full of activities. You don't own to gamble or own a lot of money to hold a great time.

Las Vegas is one Non-stop bash, I love it there, I stir at least once a year.
I live here. & To the ones who said it is warm right immediately are crazy.. I guess it depends where you come from. Today we are 65 & incredibly windy. Last darkness it was 55. The strip is thoroughly busy all the time. There is a great deal of people here. Just approaching a normal city. There is some traffic. Not too unpromising I was born & raied& live contained by southern CA. for 30yrs. & the traffic out here is not bad compared to near. Depends of what part of the city he lives contained by to how the neighborhood will be. I live in the most north west part of the pack & own horses, so we have parkland, it is very peace in this cut. Up by Mt. Charleston. We are pretty much the same as every city, beside the strip.. Have fun & savour your visit beside your son!!
if you are conversation about the vegas inhabitants live in its really misshapen. its flat dry and nothing spectacular. a desert within short. but if you are talking nearly the strip. its beautiful especially at dark and tons of fun.

Many family walking around, many cars circle around strip to see the lights.
Many soaring level hotels and masses casinos.
Many out dated singers and comedians show.
Many exotic dance for $100 per vision. Tip excluded.
Many gamblers and many prostitutes.

and vegas is like different depending on where on earth you live
near the strip, as expected its loud and stuff
but in the residential areas, its comparatively nice and with fairly neighbor hoods in the southwest region
but rather louder in the north
The discount is based on the casinos. If you want to know around activities, at hand is gambling and the casinos enjoy shows. There are Cirque du Soleil shows, magic shows, burlesque, and comedy.
There is hiking at Red Rock and you could step boating at Lake Mead.
There aren't any museums to go to and most of the culture is centered surrounded by the casinos. In other words, there is no culture.
The temperture is heat up in during the daytime right presently and cool at night. It's really one of the great times to come to Vegas. It's cold from late October to March and hot surrounded by the summer. And very blowing hard.
Most people drive, but near is public transportation; however, it's not really that great. Las Vegas is spreadout with a diverse ethnic population and lots of restaurants. There are malls and lots of stripmalls.
It have a lot of unmarked neighbors and everything communities are pretty generic looking. The Mojave Desert is not as pretty as the Sonoran Desert in Arizona.
Vegas is like a dream come true
Las Vegas is really two cities. Theres the residential Las Vegas which is a significant desert metropolis.Then theres the "strip" which you have to see to believe,especially at darkness. Its truly unbelievable and no pictures can do it equality.
It's very impressively dirty, but I still love it there!
