Take the shuttle "S" from Grand Central to Times Square (1 stop)...grand total around 3 minutes.
Get out at the station and you will be right in the heart of Times Square. Walk down 2 blocks south on 7th Avenue.
570 7th Avenue is between W. 40th & 41st Streets.
If you're referring to 7th Avenue within Manhattan, then Tony S is 100% correct.
If Brooklyn, the cross-street seem to be 20th Street. Directions:
Times-Square bound #7 subway. Get off at 5th Avenue.
TRANSFER TO:
Brooklyn-bound F subway. Get past its sell-by date at 7th Avenue.
FROM HERE, OPTIONS:
a) Half-mile (10-minute?) walk from 9th Street to 20th Street, right down 7th Avenue.
