What are some fun things to do while surrounded by Seattle for New Years?
I will be flying to Seattle on the 27th to visit my best friend of 13 years. We enjoy not seen one another for, wheeze, 8 years and are planning on having a great time together. She's a Seattle local, but I want to impress her beside a fun locale for New Years Eve. (Her birthday is the day since New Years, and we are going to be visiting Hotel 1000's "Spaahh" for a "couples massage" along beside manis and pedis and shopping for a new outfit).
What's a arranged place to spend New Years? We are in our overdue twenties, I'm married, she's somewhat single. Something fun, not trashy...

Hon, try the Space Needle surrounded by Seattle!
I agree, go to downtown Seattle and be in motion to the Space Needle. Thousands of people collect there on New Year's Eve and keep under surveillance the fireworks display. It is pretty cool however, I normally monitor it from a tall hotel. I see it is pretty fun being "right at hand."
Really, that's the place to be on New Year's, unless you want to spend the night at the club or something resembling that, your friend could help you out at hand.
If you can squeeze it in, there's profusely of fun planned on Friday the 28th at Pike's Place Market. Okay, it's not New Year's, but everyone else said the Space Needle. Personally, I'd rather see it on TV. I am not fond of the weather and I live here. Maybe a sports bar? Do a City Search for Seattle and see what it say. Check out the City of Seattle website for suggestions. There is almost always a tourist subsection.
the space plunger is cool and so are the museums down there but u may not wanna dance downtown all the time, unless u wanna grasp asked for money the whole time. f.y.i Seattle is the most wonderful place i have be to and im pretty young..
um yes, the spaceneedle. it's a classic. i know they put a huge new years show and stuff. if seattle is too busy for ya, try bellevue. it's like mad more "classy" than what you might find in seattle
The Space Needle has a great fireworks show. The restaurant have a good dinner celebration but I'm sure unless you already enjoy reservations you won't be able to capture in.
