Oh yes there is a Circuit City on Harlem and Grand, it's the North-West Corner. May be Elmwood Park.
I'm going to assume you mean CIRCUIT City, not Circus City (unless you tight some store that sells big tents and clown makeup). If you propose Circuit city, there isn't one on Grand ave. There is one on Elston Ave. however. The easiest approach to get nearby is to take the No. 80 Express bus down Irving Park to Damen, next take the Damen bus south to Elston. You'll hold to walk a block or two west on Elston to bring back to the Circuit City.
