Answers:
At lowest $100, and over 1 hour, depending on traffic.
Getting a cab to the coliseum isn't to desperate (expensive) getting back will be a problem. You can pocket the LIRR from penn to Merrick. Take a cab from nearby to the colisuem. Call them when done to take you support to merrick LIRR. LIRR is about 20 bucks rotten peak per personage round trip. Cab is maybe 5-10 from LIRR to coliseum.

or

By Train

LONG ISLAND RAILROAD: 516-822-5477 and 718-217-5477.

*There is no train stop for the Nassau Coliseum; you will requirement to take a bus or a minicab to the venue from any station.

Nassau Coliseum in located in the neighbourhood 3 LIRR train stations; Westbury, Hempstead & Hicksville:

at least 125 dollars
The best way to find out is to call upon up a few local cab companies. They can afford you a good estimate. If you're conversation about a round trip you should categorically reserve a cab to transport you there and next pick you up. For the record it's not gonna be cheap. Like DD said it'll steal over an hour. It will also depend on the time of day. If you own a license you may be able to rent a saloon for a day (just an option). Check adjectives your options...find out which is cheaper. Good luck and God Bless.
that's a fool's move, appropriate public transportation.
Take the uptown (northbound) # 2 or 3 train (Red line) or the "A" "C" or "E" trains (Blue line) to Penn Station. Change at Penn Station to the Long Island Rail, take the Heampstead Branch to Heampstead consequently transfer to LI Bus route N 70, 71 or 72 to the Nassau Coliseum. The trip will bear about 45 minutes or smaller amount and it cheaper that a taxi.

Good luck and delight in the show
I would take the 2 or 3 to Penn Station. Board the LIRR Hempstead branch to Hempstead. Take the N70,71,or 72 to the coliseum. This will bear about an hour and 45 minutes. However, it is much cheaper than taking a taxicab.
