Vegas - View of the Strip at Dusk?
I know a person can walk up the Stratosphere for a good scene of the Strip. Other suggestions of places that offer a nice vantage point? It would be cool to sit and hold a drink somewhere non-hectically crazy and have a nice picture, if it exists.

I would judge that would be a great viewing place. Or you could view the strip from the Eiffel tower at the Paris hotel where on earth you also get a wonderful panorama of the fountains at the Bellagio across the way. Have fun
Go to the east completion of Owens Avenue. There's a hill beside a good landscape of the valley.
The stratosphere cant be beat for view.
Otherwise:
The lounge atop the rio is pretty nice.. get at hand early and avoid the coverage charge (varies from $10 to $20).
The club atop Mandy Bay (is said to be.. i've never be up there) has nice view.
Or, if you have a rental coup¨¦... get on Stephanie (that's a pet name of a street, not a girl!!) from I-215.. the views are pretty dang nice.
