Where can I go to soak surrounded by a hot tub at a spa in Santa Monica, CA? I don't hold a bathtub and purely would like to find a place such as a spa that charges an entry tax, not a hotel. Thank you!

You might try Burke-Williams Spa, which has a massively nice Santa Monica location. I've been near and it is, in certainty, quite nice. Normally, they want you to carry a certain dollar horizontal of services before you use their spa, but they might, similar to other spas, have a "spa only" entry payment - I don't know.
