Answers:
M60 from LGA to Manhattan. Or you can get bad the bus and get the subway in the middle at Astoria Blvd and take the N or W from in attendance to Manhattan.
My friend, shuttle bus service from LGA is expensive and not many of them run during unpunctually night hours. There is, however, local bus service from the LGA to the subway stations at Astoria Blvd and Roosevelt Avenue.

the M60 bus will cross one subway line within Queens, and several major ones within Manhattan, which will take you anywhere else you entail to go.
the slowly night schedule are pretty good, but not exact. rob them as suggestions and build some "schedule adjustment" time into your diary.
you should also have no problems getting on the bus, but it can still take crowded because many hours of darkness shift airport workers use it.
It will definetely a bus to a subway. If you preference another option, nearby is a ferry that will dance to East Side of Manhattan and Downtown Wall Street.
The buses run sort-of-on-time at dark...not with German precision, but if it say every 10 minutes on the schedule, you probably won't continue more than 15 unless there is a road-blocking stroke of luck or something seriously unusual going on.
You can take the M60 from La Guardia into Manhattan, possibly transferring to the N/R at Astoria or to one of the a mixture of lines running north/south in Manhattan. You could also whip the Q32 and transfer to the F/G/7/etc. at Jackson Heights. You didn't read out where surrounded by Manhattan you're going, so it's difficult to tell you what's "best".
Use the M60 bus.
