Cost of living contained by Seattle is higher than most cities. I wouldn't utter though it's higher that Manhattan NY, or San Francisco CA. It's getting up within though for cost of housing. If you move to the outskirts of Seattle then it get a little cheaper but it also depends on which side of the hose you live on.
The cost of living in Seattle is difficult then most cities. But I don't consider it would be higher after Manhattan. That is like one of the utmost around. The problem is, people hold on to discovering that Seattle is a great place to live. Then they realize that their hometown is crappy, so they move to Seattle. There are lots of people who are moving here from California, and we want them adjectives to move back.
