On Ocean Parkway, the northern portion on the east malls
Washington Square Park, the park near the World Trade Center site, Central Park, a park within Brooklyn, all hold such tables. In attachment, there is a unnoticed location in Inwood Hill Park set to few which has a single chess board contained by stone dating back to the construction of the Henry Hudson Bridge.

There are some around City Hall. There also some at the park at the Manhattan running out of the Brooklyn Bridge.
