Best place for a young-looking couple to live contained by North Dallas?

My wife and I are currently looking for a house to buy. We've lived in Plano for a while, but we're looking to move a bit further south. All the houses we've looked at surrounded by the Richardson area, though, appear to be populated by a mostly older crowd. Is near any place in that hinterland that is apt for a couple of 25 year olds? Addison would be good if the DART railing ran through in that, but I'm getting sick of driving through Dallas rush hour traffic and really want to be closer to the trains, so I doubt we'll move there. My wife works within North Dallas, and I work South, so we're looking into the general Richardson nouns as that is a pretty well-mannered split for us.

they say highland park and university park are nice on tv... do u agree?
depending on your income, you could wait a bit and look at the complexes they are building in the vicinity Park Lane & Central
With the way things work...nation tend to move out of the city. The city of Dallas and surrounding areas are choosing to tear down abundantly of apartments and put in high-ranking end living complexes...approaching apartments. the young family are moving out to. Specifically to the newly developing homes within Frisco and Allen. There are some really nice houses in Coppell. Anything surrounded by north Dallas is going to give you impossible traffic south in the mornings and north surrounded by the evenings.
I'd suggest the M streets nouns, but that's probably farther south than you're wanting. Lakewood - but I'm guessing that's where you're already looking? The problem beside pairing younger people and within the city is that most of the ones who live in town can't afford to buy a house so they're adjectives in the apartments and condos. Houses surrounded by Dallas are either owned by ethnic group with satisfactory money to send their kids to private school (who are usually well previous the 25-year-old range) or are neighborhoods you don't want to live in. The best neighborhoods are the ones next to the mix of all ages/types of family.

Best of luck to you! We love living in Dallas proper. Makes our commutes endurable.
Richardson as I'm sure you know, has a DART stop. You may check out the DART Route and see what towns it runs through. I would recommend Flower Mound, Lewisville, or Garland, TX. Richardson would be a flawless town though. These are the towns that I recommend. God Bless!*
