Is it a nice, quiet, not detrimental place to raise a famliy ?
What nouns / neighborhood of the town would you suggest moving to ?
What area / neighborhood of the town would you suggest avoiding due to dignified crime ?

A year or two ago it come to light that here were more indoor pot farm (grow houses) there than anyplace else within the US. Many people who hold houses there are snowbirds. So within are a lot of neighborhoods beside part time and transient residents. (Which provided cover for the 'grow houses'). My proposal would be to find more established neighborhoods with a majority of year round residents.
But in attendance is a reason the snowbirds love it. it is a nice hush area for the most fragment. But more expensive than it used to be, especially for insurance.
its a pretty nice, quiet suburb, but its hurriedly growing and the crime rate has risen a bit over former times few years.
i would say avoid areas in close proximity Fort Pierce as the crime rate is higher over nearby.
the best place to live is the area around Port St Lucie Blvd or more toward Jensen Beach.

Iam in principle new to this website so I enjoy put the ques.out there on how do I realize some of the people who ans.my ques.As far as your ques.more or less a safe place to live,my friend built a home on the west side of FL.contained by Cape Coral.She just loves it and the most considerable thing is that it is across the bridge from FT.Myers She told me that Ft Myers is a town that is to say growing and it is very ancestral orientated, good school and the crime rate is very low and watch very accommodatingly by the police and city council and PTA groups.So,if you wanted to run to that area it would be just right for what you are looking for..
