What are some fun things to do contained by Pittsburgh, PA?

I am a teen so i cant go into bar.
Ive already heard adjectives about the incline, and the science center.anything else entertaining to do?
Lastly i be wondering where i could draw from a real devout meal (sit down) for below 20 bucks a plate thats in a nice area(basically anywhere thats not within the ghetto is fine)
