Well I live in Miami Gardens..its not the best of neighborhoods but it isn't the worst any. When I first moved into the area around 11 years ago I really liked it and it seem much more safe next now. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it..It a short time ago isn't what it once was.
However I can suggest other areas that are severely near by Miami Gardens
AVENTURA: going on for 15-20 min. away is the city of Aventura..very wonderful but a bit more expensive.you should really look into it. But keep within mind that its very pricey..probably because its close to the shore and has its luxuries.
IVES DAIRY ROAD: A small nouns right next to Miami gardens..I in fact live about 5 min from it...its tremendously nice and has a great elementary, middle, and soaring school right around the corner..I believe the middle institution is actually an "A" institution and I'm sure the other two schools are ably rated as capably. This area seem like your best bet..I own been thinking of moving to this nouns myself.
North Miami Beach: This area is also adjacent..its pretty big and it has some tremendously nice areas with divine houses.. but it also has other areas that im a bit iffy in the order of. You really go to see it for yourself.
Im not sure what state your coming from but hold on to in mind that right immediately Miami is a very expensive place to buy a home (in a dutiful area).
Hope this helped...I would suggest you truly visit adjectives these areas before making a verdict. ;)
Miami Gardens is really in recent times a very small suburb north of Miami. You'll probably finish off up living in the No. Miami Beach nouns; or Miami Lakes to the West or even in Miramar or Hollywood within South Broward County.
Within a 30 minutes commute. All of Broward County is open out to you. Broward County is where you want to be if you dont want to touch like a foreigner within your own country.
Coral Springs and Weston are the best in jargon of schools safekeeping and being nice suburban neighborhoods. A typical 3/2 costs in the order of 300K in CS and nearly $350K in Weston. Coral Springs and Weston are the nicest affordable family connections neighborhoods there are.
Davie, Pembroke Pines, Sunrise, Miramar, Margate, and Coconut Creek are also nice but not as nice as the first 2. Houses contained by these areas range from $250K to $325K for a unfinished 3/2 As a rule of thumb try to stay west of the turnpike for nice suburban family areas. The areas practical the beach are not correct family areas.
