Is queen creek, AZ a flawless place to move to?
Answers:
Queen Creek used to be charming place to live. Lots of space and quiet. Right in a minute, it's boom! Lots of "cookie homes" Lots of road constructions, Lots of dust going around.
I lived in Mesa, AZ for 14 years and recent moved to Anthem, AZ nearly 20 minutes drive north from north of phoenix on I-17 is very nice and awesome for house community, there is other wonderful growth community contained by surprise, AZ .
Just try to avoid south of Mesa (Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Hailey, Florence). Oh, Of course, I am a cabinet builder/Installers. that's why I know!
up and growing city on the outskirts of phoenix (about 45 mins to an hour east)
the house prices are wearing clothes since there isn't much growth as of nonetheless but that will change hastily. they are rapidly doing construction to extend the freeway to realize out that direction (mainly the 202 freeway).
business are growing and most new neighborhoods are risk-free. there are grocery stores and local shops close to the trial communities being built but if you're looking for shopping precinct shopping, expect about a 45 min drive minimum.
work is best sought within surrounding cities such as chandler (where i live),gilbert, tempe, etc.
overall if you don't mind driving-it's a good place to live
Its definately a nice, growing area to move to on the outskirts of Phoenix. Its a touch bit of a drive to get stern into the main city but as far as home prices and nouns goes, it would definately be worth it.
no
Like Zack mentioned it is nice. I think that the biggest problem is that here is not a lot of structure to support the growth. Traffic is pretty fruitless out there and it is a long drive. Things approaching malls are still a decent drive.
