Does the space hypodermic contained by Seattle rotate?
I'm going to fly my girlfriend into Seattle and I want to take her to the space nozzle and I was wondering if it rotated?

The entire Space Needle saucer does not rotate, individual a 14 foot ring next to the window rotates on the SkyCity restaurant level.

Yes it does rotate, not the adjectives thing similar to the other answer said, but the restaurant does.
Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't recommend taking her within for dinner or anything. It's overpriced and not that great... there are so tons other fantastic restaurants. If you're not looking for an inexpensive place to eat I'd recommend Palisade. It's the best spectacle of the city ever, across the water kinda by Alki. But it is a bit expensive.. still amazingly good though.
But if you're basically going up to the observation deck, travel for it. It's very pretty and Seattle Center is one of the funnest places ever, especially when at hand is a festival going on. :D
