San Jose to Folsom - Daily commute?
I might have to purloin up a job at Folsom, CA. I live contained by San Jose/Santa Clara area. Does any one do a day after day commute from here to Folsom? Can you please share some ideas to travel save for driving 2.5-3 hours. LIke is there a train or something?

that commute is going to get antiquated and i seriously doubt you will do it in 2-3 hours during commute time. even the train take longer.
I'm a commuter myself i travel from Newman to San Jose Newman is 20 min past Modesto i can take a train but i to some extent drive commute with someone if you can that will release a lot of gas $$$ and wear and opening on your car I've be doing it for over 3 years now it's doesn't bother me anymore once you achieve past the first 3 months it's adjectives good. i know like mad of people who enjoy tired to commute but they never make it former the first 3 months

I commute every friday to Roseville, CA from San Jose. here are your option:
1. Take the 680 North and pay the bridge toll over the Benicia Martinez bridge ($4). consequently I-80 east toward Sacramento and 50 toward Tahoe- This trip will take you no smaller quantity than 2.5 hours... probably closer to 3 hours daily respectively way if you are going during the commute hours.

KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU'LL BE AN HOUR AWAY FROM TAHOE AND AN HOUR PLUS AWAY FROM THE BAY AREA. YOU'RE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOUNTAINS AND THE BEACH... YOU CAN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT.
