Moving to phoenix?
Is 5,000 enough for an 18 year outdated to move to phoenix?

From where? That affects the cost big time. The closer you are...The more money you own when you get to Phoenix. Yes.If you don't enjoy alot to move and already have a chore ready to progress, place lined up to live.. etc...Check around for all right parts of town to live in. And 5K will individual set you up for a month or... two at the most.
For how long? Lets see...if she is renting an Apartment they are about 600-800 a month for a 1 bedroom, plus 200 deposit. So let say 1200 for 1 month move contained by with adjectives charges. Then electric. Depending on what utility company its about a 200 deposit. Unless she have good credit which I doubt since she is in recent times 18. Lots of shopping, furniture and groceries. So yeah, I'd say its plenty for a couple of months if they budget themselves.
More than enough as long a you gain a job when you receive out here, I moved up here with 2000 and I be making about 100 dollars a week for awhile and I be fine until I got a better assignment. There are some cheap apartments out here.
If you are good a budgeting your money, consequently YES.
