Can you share me the Pros and Cons Orlando Fl vs New York?

I used to live in FL and LOVED it!
Just similar to NY has the city and afterwards a bunch of farmland, Florida does as well. We lived surrounded by this (horrid) redneck town about an hour outside of Orlando and it be like hours of darkness and day difference between the two.
If you're chitchat about New York city though, I'd instinctively prefer Orlando. But here are some pros and cons to both:
FL pros:
>More family friendly than NYC
>All the area parks-- and FL residents get tickets at a cheaper rate! It's similar to being on leave all the time.
>No concern where you live, you're never more than 1-2 hours from a sand.
>Less traffic (although it's still VERY busy)
>"Cleaner"-- there are more trees and smaller amount concrete
>Warm weather
Cons:
>ALWAYS hot
>Hurricane risk (but houses in FL enjoy to meet absolute hurricane codes. The worst damage is usually closer to the coast and usually b/c of flooding and/or roof sabotage
>Your friends and family may try to "free load" on you normally because they can go on time off and stay at your house for free instead of paying for a hotel room.
>Palmetto bugs-- AKA "flying cockroaches". Even the cleanest families capture them inside once in a while. You enjoy to spray alll the time.
NYC Pros
>Four separate seasons (not "hot" and "hotter" resembling FL)
>Holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving) seem more genuine because of the weather
>Virtually no hurricane risks
> When you take a leave to FL, it will be more special b/c you're not used to seeing it every sunshine.
NYC Cons
>TRAFFIC is unbearable
>Homes are a LOT more expensive than within Orlando
Whichever you choose, there will still be hookers and dealer inner city. But all things individual equal, I love FL. It just depends on which things are critical to you.
