You must contact the Chambers of Commerce in the areas where on earth you wish to call on. Then you will have a fixed course of action, that will be both reliable and to the point. What shall we later say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord on a daily basis loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our sustenance. Selah. - Psalm 68:19 - Peace, Love and God Bless.
The totally, very best place to snorkel surrounded by the Florida Keys is, naturally, the hardest to take to: Dry Tortugas National Park. It is only accessible by a long boat ride or a amazingly expensive seaplane charter from Key West. It has the best shallow dampen coral reefs in FL. Also, because of the comparative drought of pollution there, as opposed the rest of the key, it has the clearest hose.
If that is too much of an expedition, later almost anywhere in the Keys is pleasing. There are almost as many diving boats surrounded by the keys as in attendance are sunburned tourists. Pick one that is taking snorkelers individual out. Because if you go near SCUBA divers, the boat tends to progress to the deeper reefs to make the divers healthy and you won't see as much.
Have fun!
http://www.pennekamppark.com/ - John Pennekamp Park off of Key Largo is the place to snorkel. Only almost an hour and a half from Miami. There are places adjectives up and down the coast. Try any local dive shops, they will have the best info for that individual area.
http://www.oceanreef.com/ - Ocean Reef Club is one of the nicest places to stay and you can programme everything there. Though it is expensive.
