Does any1 find centralia creepy?

I have an idea that it is incredible & amazing in a freaky/creepy sort of approach.
I've walked down what used to be Route 61 and see the pavement split open and bright red-hot.
And the steam coming out of the ground - wild!
Maybe think of it as a wonder of science instead. Or keep watch on the movie "Dante's Peak" and get really terrified! I always found Centralia to be merely plain fascinating, not creepy (but I quality sorry for the families affected).

not as much as within past years it in a minute has more of a goast town get the impression to it.
