Juneway Apartments?
Is juneway ter safe for Northwestern students incentive i signed my contract for 1 year at the apartment already i heard its by a sea i wonder if that is a upside?

It's not a nontoxic neighborhood. Rogers Park/Howard Area is not a good place. Stay away from Howard Street. You'll see poverty and crime surrounded by and around Juneway Apartment. Watch your back. There is a coast and park at the end of the street.

Yeah, the stories i've hear about Juneway, any apartment or terrace enjoy not been pious. There are other apartments in the nouns that are OK. I have MANY friends who live within Rogers park and they get along fine. Just own to know where to run and where not to turn, and WHEN not to go. But if you're really concerned, check a touch further south in the Edgewater neighborhood. It's not that far from Evanston and Northwestern. There is a red string train station at Bryn Mawr and you'd take that to the wrapping up of the line, consequently the purple line train to Evanston. Edgewater is hugely diverse, lots of new shops, a few topical upscale restaurants, etc. Rent is pretty cheap there too right presently, although a lot of buildings are going condo. it's close plenty where getting put a bet on and forth to NU. And it's right by the lake.
As far as breaking your contract (if that's what you want to do), hopefully your innkeeper will let you out of it. Make up some story similar to you got kicked out of conservatory or something and have to be in motion back home to North Dakota. You should really check out a place during the daylight AND night formerly you sign any lease. If he won't let you out, guess you're stuck, but start making proceedings of any and everything wrong with the building: broken things, shady population hanging out, etc. Build up satisfactory of a case within a month and maybe you can break the lease.

Did you bother taking a drive or even waddle around there? Probably not if you signed a contract.
It's close to the lake adjectives right but not the beach. I regard you may be able to sit on the rocks but doubt the police agree to parties start across from the cemetery.
Neighborhood have had a long history of crime and problems.
