1h 15m within New York?
In May i have one and only 1h 15 min in clean york because of a layover to Kiev.
what would be cool to do (in the airport) that could be somewhat memorable ( ive never be to New York OR Kiev Ukraine before)

You're not gonna be able to do anything fun. Think of the airport as a mini shopping precinct with roughly speaking 10 times less of your favorite shopping arcade. You can buy expensive movies and books though! Try not to buy things in New York City though, the taxes are slayer. You're better off buying things at home. A DVD at Virgin Records surrounded by NYC was 40 bucks, whereas at home it be 20.
