Is in that a metal scene contained by Dallas or Austin, TX?
My band is considering re-locating to the Dalllas or Austin areas as ably as other large cities resembling Portland, or some place on the east coast. We play metal/hard rock. We need to find a place where on earth we can get more exposure, but it also have to be affordable to live.

UH YEAH. I used to work in Deep Ellum contained by Dallas and 80% was metal. It be great. However I suggest moving to Austin, that's where adjectives my DEfriends are slowly relocating to. Austin is like the most important music capitol of US. There's always something to do contained by Austin music wise. Dallas is slowly butchery its music scene. It's sad as hell, but we're adjectives also running out of all working accepted wisdom to replenish it. Goodbye Deep Ellum and all your greatness.
Pantera come from the Dallas/Ft Worth area so near is a metal scene here.

thre is a very big trimming scene in Dallas and Austin the Metal scene wasalways surrounded by The Deep Ellum area Austin be 6th street but with the boom near i am notsure anymore.. go to the Dallas Obsever pattern site that should be helpful.
