Most of the Central and Woodland Heights is overpriced, but the west Heights between Sheppard and TC Jester is as expected priced.
North of 610 on TC Jester is Oak Forest, and it's also a relatively quiet neighborhood, flawless elementary schools, and possibly priced for close to town.
North of Houston and West of Houston have some Very nice areas. Look into Tomball, Spring, Cy-Fair and Katy areas. i do not similar to the areas inside of the 610 loop. there are some nice homes within, but i feel close to they are overpriced. if you need more info. e-mail me. .
I have lived within the Clear lake nouns my entire life. I love clear pond, League City, Kemah area. They hold some great new homes that are all right! (I have be looking). There is so much to do in this nouns. Bay Brook Mall, Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston is only 30 mins away.. Houston is 30 mins away... its nice here.
