Any other Dallasites ponder that Mockingbird Station is already going downhill?

This was the first "lifestyle center" within Dallas, and at first I really loved to go to the Angelika and see a movie and pace over to the Virgin Records. But it seems approaching it is getting kind of run down. And Virgin chronicles closed, and the furniture store that replaced it, West Elm, is boring. Plus, homeless people love to hang up out there, and I've be panhandled repeatedly. Not a classy shopping experience.

I work fundamental there and I haven't notice anything different. Maybe you should try the west village though. They enjoy the magnolia there which is as perfect as the Angelika ;-)
I love the Angelika. I love art movies. And I don't enjoy any money to shop. Virtually all shopping is totally boring anyway. I decision the record store hadn't closed but that's simply what's going on with the music industry. There a short time ago are not a lot of account stores anymore. If you don't want so many homeless race in Dallas, perchance you should take some of that derelict time and/or throwaway money and devote it to either volunteering near, or donating to, some organization that help homeless people go and get off the street and final on their feet. Or does that not fit contained by with your "lifestyle" or would it be similar to boring or not classy, or whatever?
I know there are shelter guards at Mockingbird Station who patrol the property 24-7 and escort vagrants rotten the premises. If you ever get panhandled nearby, just look for one and he'll filch care of it.
I notice that when I was visit a while ago. I loved catching a movie and wandering the shops, but now they are adjectives boring places I could go to surrounded by a mall. Just manager across Central to The West Village (Lemmon & McKinney), catch a movie at The Magnolia and browse the trendy, fun shops (I notably recommend Legacy Trading).
I agree. The construction is making it a mess, too. I don't know where on earth to go anymore. West End busted long ago.
Um...no? Stores close...bright ones open. Perhaps constraint has changed?
Why don't you call the nouns and complain about the panhandling? It is dubious in Dallas and they should be asking the police to patrol.
