Rental car-Miami Florida?

What is the age requirement inorder to rent a car within Miami-Florida?
I'l be travelling to Atlanta in 2weeks from London, but earlier i leave i want to plan a supprise weekend trip for my boyfriend & i to Miami & would similar to to rent a car in that during our stay but most website i have be to states the minimum age to rent is 21. (we are 20)
Would like to sort everything out surrounded by London before i be off for Atlanta.
