What is the best nouns to live surrounded by Miami?
I need a upper class-low crime surroundings in the Miami nouns and it needs to enjoy a decent amount of shops and restaurants. It also should be an the deep front location. Perhaps South Miami city? maybe something beter?

NOWHERE! ok, if you do have money and dont hold to deal beside the Miami people too much, you'll be allright and adjectives the locations listed are insensible on...maybe excet City of South Miami. May be a bit too far from the behaviour.
Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, and the surrounding communities.
Its called the City of South Miami.. Lol I live in that and there are parts of it which are intensely nice, But if you want water front nearby is Gables by the Sea (Coral Gables) and Key Biscayne is very nice. =]

Hallendale seem pretty cool to me.
The City of South Miami have no ocean frontage.
Get a map & look at the cities & towns on the the deep. Anything on the ocean is going to be at lowest a reasonably "upper class" neighborhood in the vicinity shops & restaurants.
Definetely Key Biscayne. That is wear the money is!
