Does Disney World own a bus that will filch you to the deep world?
Or do I need to pocket a taxi?
If I have need of to take a hackney cab how much would it cost?

Disney isn't going to make it graceful to visit another company's amusement park (Sea World is owned by Anheuser-Busch) by providing transportation. The cost would depend on where on earth you're staying at Walt Disney World (which is twice the size of Manhattan). From the Downtown Disney area to Sea World is roughly speaking 5 miles up I-4 to Central Florida Pkwy. My guess is that it would cost about $10-$20 respectively way.
You can catch the public bus from Disney's Transportation & Ticket Center to Sea World.
Mears Transportation http://www.mearstransportation.com is also outstandingly recommended and they can pick you up from your resort!

No, but there are public buses that can whip you, you might can even walk its not to far away.
Disney's buses lone transport within Disney property. So you own a couple of options. You can embezzle a cab - I'm guessing it would be around $20 but I own never done it, so that might be wrong.
There's also the Mears shuttle company. It would probably only be around $10. I've done this in the past and found it to be great.
Or there are some private companies you could seize instead of a cab. One I know of explicitly recommend by All Ears (http://www.allearsnet.com) is Quick Silver Limo.
You can however take a public bus from any the Magic Kingdom or Downtown Disney to Seaworld. More information at www.golynx.com , check the route map for bus #50, fare information is also available. Just ask the driver the best stop to get rotten at.
No Disney and Sea World are two seperate companies. You can incredibly often find transportation from your hotel. Call ahead to be sure. Not sure of how much a black cab would cost but that is not the route I would lift. Was at Disney 2 weeks ago and saw tons of hotel shuttle buses. Good luck and have fun!
