Does anyone know if horse and buggy rides are offered around the Fan Pier area of Boston, Massachusetts?

There are some that leave from Fanueil Hall, but I don't know of any others, or even the describe of that. They just are usually around that nouns. . .
There's a horse and buggy ride that leaves right next to Quincy Market, and covers a bit of downtown and waterfront Boston. That's truly the only such ride I know of within the city.
