Which Airport should we fly into for a Disneyland time off?
We are planning a trip to Disneyland for our family this summer. Which airport is most convenient for this? We don't plan to rent a coup¨¦, just want a shuttle over to the hotel within Anaheim. Thanks for your help~
Answers:
John Wayne Airport (Orange County) is the closet airport to Disneyland, and they should own airport shuttles to your hotel. LAX is alot farther north, in a different county, and a dismal airport to get surrounded by & out of...avoid LAX at all costs!
The closest is Orange County (John Wayne) Airport, code SNA,but the lowest airfare would probably be to LAX. The problem near LAX is that it's about a 40 mile trip to Disneyland, and any airfare nest egg are eaten up by the extramural shuttle fare.
Let me take a unreserved guess, you're coming from the Portland area.
If you should arrive at LAX there would be a shuttle to your hotel around DIsneyland. John Wayne airport is in truth closer to Anaheim they should also have a shuttle. But you might want to check beside your hotel about shuttle service.
Orange County. I assume it's John Wayne Airport.
Max, when you don't know what you are talking something like, you come across looking like a dope.
First, it's not a stupid put somebody through the mill. Second, you give the WRONG answer.
John Wayne/SNA/Orange County airport is the closest. 15 miles from Disneyland instead of 35. DUH!
John Wayne (Orange County)
SOOO much more relaxing and MUCH closer than LAX.
Well put, Obviousman!
John Wayne is the closest airport.
LOL thats a stupid put somebody through the mill (no offense sorry). The nearest is LAX international, go nearby its like 20 minutes drive to disney topography. LAX is the 5th busiest international airport. outside the airport are tons and tons of taxis, so you wont own a problem getting a ride to your hotel. enjoy your stay at disney home...its a great once in a vivacity time experience =]
Ps: I do not know any more airports near disney stop. so LAX is probobly the best airport to take.
