As others have mentioned Concord Railways is the best chance. It should be $55, and it will take you around 2 hours total. Just put together sure you do not take the direct express bus, because that go to Concord. However, they do make a stop surrounded by Plymouth, so make sure they are going to stop in attendance when you book the bus.
Concord Trailways. They hold daily and weekend service. You might hold to switch buses in Concord,NH as in attendance are 2 routes that go north, one going up toward Berlin and the other toward Littleton. You want the one going toward Littleton but you would take off surrounded by Plymouth. Just ask the ticket agent when you purchase your ticket. There are stops along the way but no lay overs. Google Concord Trailways within Ma,NH for more info.
I saw your post several weeks ago re: directions to PSU. You permitted the answer so quickly in attendance was no karma to let you know directions be for Plymouth, Ma. And I couldn't email. I left a comment after the examine was resolved. The links are for the current programme and current fares. The buses can be boarded at Logan Airport or South Station.
