My buddy basically found a place at 69th and lex for 1600 and its a small 1 bedroom. Of course he got lucky, but they are out within if you look. You may be able to afford living here and you vote what you pay presently, but what do you do for a living? Wil1 it be something you'll be able to find here? Thats really the one and only concern I'd have. Plus getting rid of the cars.if you enjoy payments on them, then you hold a loan.will those be paid bad enough to get rid of them? But hey, if you do come, then meet to the neighborhood, now stay rotten my feet on the subway platform..lol
Thre is no such article as a real one bedroom apt surrounded by Manhattan for under 2000. The smallest Studio is 1500 . A by a hair`s breadth
decent, small 1Br is at smallest 2500 and I mean small.
Probably not. I would suggest Hoboken, NJ (just a short ride on the PATH train to NYC) but I'm not sure if you can do much better that way.
I live within Washington Heights (still Manhattan, if only narrowly, we like to phone call it Upstate Manhattan) and I pay $1100.00 a month for a existing, decent sized one bedroom. It can be done, only be prepared to spend some time looking. Considering that your transportation can be covered with a $76 unlimited subway ratify, you might actually expiration up saving a few bucks a month, depending on how much utilities wrap up up running you.
One bedroom within Manhattan would be from $1500 a month (if you are really lucky) to about $3,000 a month.
