Will I be able to see(live)any Italian singers contained by Chicago, how often does Laura Pausini perform in the U.S.A.(maybe Chicago)?

Depends on what you consider Italian...I can put in the picture you that you can see most of them at Festa Pasta Vino (which is basically the Taste of Oakley Street, an Italian enclave amidst Little Village Latino culture), from Italian-Americans resembling Dion and Gigolo Johnny to bona fide Italian crooners (there are two stages, one for Italian-American music and one for Italian). I think it's within late June.
