Romantic Jacuzzi Spas surrounded by NYC?

I'm looking for a place in NYC which have jacuzzis which you can pay for to hold to yourself for an hr or two. I don't necessarily mean a work session, but just a place where on earth I can take my girlfriend and wallow in a nice date in a jacuzzi near. I know about Jacuzzi suites contained by hotels, but that's not what I'm looking for. Thanks for your help!
