Where's the best place to park for 10 hours in four blocks of 5th & G within the Gaslamp?
I'm going to the San Diego Film Festival... in years ancient, I've been competent to park at a colleague's place of work, but he won't be attending this year. Horton Plaza gets waaay expensive for that length of time.
